Accessibility Information

Accessibility is at the heart of our work, and we have planned this workshop with that in mind. Options are planned for those unable to join the walk, or who need assistance in transport to the venue. There is a ten minute walk across uneven terrain to the Earthship, but with the option to be transported by car if needed. The mindfulness walk is optional, with the second part of the creativity workshop happening back at the Earthship. The Earthship has zero steps once inside and composting toilets up a few steps outside. A heart vegan lunch and cakes will be provided but please let us know if you have any dietary requirements. We will not be playing music or using scents during the retreat.

If there is anything else you need to make this retreat accessible to you, please get in touch with us and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.

Covid Safety

We continually recognise the need to keep our community safe from the spread of covid. There will be no more than 20 people in the venue. The Earthship is well ventilated, and in the event of good weather we will make use of outdoor areas. The space will have been cleaned and ventilated before the retreat. Attendees are suggested to take a lateral flow test before attending and you are welcome to wear a mask when arriving or moving around in the venue, and during the retreat at any point.
