lou leads a practice that brings us back to the body. classes are thoughtfully set out, with compassionate and inclusive cues, that encourage curiosity and focus on your individual experience. lou brings mindfulness to both flow and stillness, encouraging self-enquiry, spaciousness and awareness of both strong and subtle sensations within the body. they believe in yoga as a tool for personal wellbeing, and holds spaces in which we can experience connection, wholeness and a sense of home within ourselves, welcoming the wobbles, frustrations and giggles that brings.
