Yoga Classes

Lou's classes are thoughtfully set out, with compassionate and inclusive cues, that encourage curiosity to focus on your individual experience. They emphasise consent and autonomy, rather than performance, perfection, or punishment. Lou brings awareness to both movement and stillness, encouraging self-enquiry, spaciousness and deeper relaxation. They hold spaces in which we can experience connection, wholeness and a sense of home within ourselves. They have a deep respect and keen interest in the roots and philosophic teachings of yoga, which informs and shapes their teaching.
