Lou leads a practice that brings us back to the body. Their classes are thoughtfully set out, with compassionate and inclusive cues, that encourage curiosity to focus on your individual experience and emphasise consent and autonomy, rather than performance, perfection, or punishment. Lou brings mindfulness to both flow and stillness, encouraging self-enquiry, spaciousness and deeper awareness. They believe in yoga as a tool for wellbeing, and hold spaces in which we can experience connection, wholeness and a sense of home within ourselves. They have a deep respect and keen interest in the roots and philosophic teachings of yoga, which informs and shapes their teaching.
