lucy leads a practice that brings us back to the body. classes aim to be accessible for all, taught with compassion, curiosity
and humour. lucy brings mindfulness to both flow and stillness, encouraging self-exploration, spaciousness and awareness of both strong and subtle sensations within the body. she believes in yoga as a tool for personal wellbeing, and holds spaces in which we can experience connection, wholeness and a sense of home within ourselves, welcoming the wobbles, frustrations and giggles that brings.
